A PRO is the authorised person that handles government-compliant procedures in the UAE, such as visas for employees, investors and family or for trade licence application, company set up and ongoing licence renewals. PROs must carry with them the relevant authorisation cards, and powers of attorney, and are trained and qualified to enable them to carry out these tasks.
