चीज बॉल्स बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• ३ मध्यम आकाराचे उकडून सोललेले बटाटे
• ५० ग्राम पनीर
• १ चमचा लसूण पेस्ट
• उकडलेले मक्याचे दाणे
• बारीक चिरलेला टोमॅटो

Cheese balls turn out nice and crispy. These perfectly cafe style cheese balls are nice and cheesy inside. This is a very easy and simple recipe. It looks nice and tastes just awesome. It needs very few ingredients and is a real quick recipe. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.
Ingredients:
• 3 medium size boiled, peeled Potatoes
• 50 gm Paneer
• 1 tsp Garlic paste
• Boiled Corn
• Finely chopped Tomato
• Finely chopped Capsicum
• Chili flakes
• Mixed herbs
• Salt to taste
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
• Black pepper powder
• 2~3 tsp Corn flour
• Mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup Corn flour
• 1/4 cup Maida
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper powder (Optional)
• Water
• Oil for frying
Method:
• Mash the potatoes and grate paneer in it.
• Add garlic paste, corn, tomato, capsicum, chili flakes, mixed herbs, salt, coriander leaves,
black pepper powder, corn flour and mix well to make dough.
• You can use garlic powder in place of garlic paste.
• You can use different colored capsicum.
• Take a small portion from the dough and roll it into a ball.
• Make small disc and stuff cheese in it.
• You can use processed cheese in place of Mozzarella cheese.
• You can add chili flakes in cheese if you want.
• Roll it into a ball again and seal well.
• Take corn flour, maida, salt, black pepper powder in a bowl and mix well.
• You can use arrowroot in place of corn flour.
• Adding black pepper powder is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
• Add water to make thick slurry.
• Drop cheese balls into the slurry and coat well.
• Coat the cheese balls well with bread crumbs.
• You can double coat the cheese balls if you want super crispy cheese balls.
• Transfer the cheese balls into freeze to set for about an hour.
• Heat up oil and drop the cheese balls into it.
• Fry cheese balls well on medium to high heat.
• When cheese balls get nice golden color from all sides take them out, drain excess oil and
transfer into a dish.
• Cheese balls are all ready.
• You can have them as it is or with some mayonnaise dip.
