Karma is a word most of us are familiar with, but its roots are much deeper than you might suspect. Three religions, Buddhism, Hinduism, and Jainism, all have nuanced views of Karma that make it difficult to create a universal definition, but they all share the idea that one’s actions have real consequences that can be good or bad.
