EDIT: Other than the stuff i mentioned in the video; wiping the 4 camera lenses, new batteries in controllers, and factory resetting the headset, i had also tried unpairing my controllers and factory resetting, and even pairing to my sons controllers and factory resetting, and neither worked.

ONLY THE REPLACEMENT OF THE HEADSET THROUGH OCULUS SUPPORT FIXED THE PROBLEM.

Starts will a little background and what troubleshooting I tried.

About 1:45 in, it is the actual video of me booting it and it showing the error and then me not being able to turn the tracking on. This was after maybe 4 factory resets where the tracking initially works again and then stops working again the next time I go to use it.
