If you do develop heat rash you can do this:
Keep the affected area clean and dry to prevent further irritation.
Avoid scratching the rash, as it can lead to infection.
Apply a cool compress or take cool showers to soothe the skin.
Use over-the-counter calamine lotion or hydrocortisone cream to relieve itching and inflammation.
AVOIID using heavy creams or ointments that can block the sweat ducts further and worsen the rash
In addition to conventional treatments, there are some home remedies that may provide relief:
Apply aloe vera gel to the affected area for its soothing and anti-inflammatory properties.
Take cool oatmeal baths to help reduce itching and inflammation.
Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and aid in regulating body temperature
In most cases, heat rash resolves on its own in a couple days with proper care. However, you should seek medical attention if:
The rash worsens or spreads to a larger area.
You develop a fever or signs of infection, such as increased redness, swelling, or pus formation. This could be something else! Bacterial or Fungal infection, or even viral
The rash is accompanied by severe pain, discomfort, or other concerning symptoms
