While the initial vision for this downtown Oakville home was to create an all-white envelope, designer Trish Johnston swooped in to balance the look with warm materials, luxe finishes and classic elements. “Applied molding is my favorite trick to make a white space feel architecturally interesting and a little bit traditional,” says Trish. Beautiful green drapes, lush velvet chairs and a black built-in hutch add warmth and sophistication to this heritage house.
