It appears a new generation is claiming the crown as the most hated in the office. In a Resumebuilder.com survey of over 13,000 managers, 74% found Gen Z as too hard to work with. Gen Z is loosely defined as those born from 1997 to 2013. The managers interviewed said the young adults didn't demonstrate effort or motivation, lacked tech skills and had poor communication abilities. Stacie Haller, chief career adviser for Resume Builder, says every generation is talked down and talked about, but in a different way. "Remember the millennials, they were entitled and didn't work very hard. ... Now today, they're one of the most wanted groups," Haller said.
