CavMac offers hose assemblies which are specifically designed for use in roof drain systems for storage tanks with floating type roofs. This animated video shows these hose assemblies in action.
They are supplied fitted with internal ballast weights and designed to achieve neutral buoyancy in the liquid as the level of the roof changes.
Clamping fixtures and support chains are supplied.
CavMac offers alternative options for use with hydrocarbons with up to 50% aromatics and for liquids with up to 100% aromatics.
The roof drain hose systems are also available with alternative end fixings such as built-in or swaged type; to suit customer preference.
