In this clip from the special features of Blood The Last Vampire we can see that Mamoru Oshii, director of Ghost in the Shell and other great anime, has an animated sweater of a dog which blinks. No attention is drawn to this in the clip as Mamoru Oshii acts as if it is perfectly normal to have an animated sweater.

Mamoru Oshii is a big fan of dogs, especially basset hounds, including them in many of his films.
