*MAIN INGREDIENT:-
PORK RIBS 排骨肉(700g) - CHOP INTO BITE SIZE 切小段
*MARINADE:-
WHITE PEPPER 胡椒粉(1/2 TSP)
BROWN SUGAR 赤糖 (1 TBSP)
SESAME OIL 麻油 (1/2 TSP)
OYSTER SAUCE 蚝油 (1 TSP)
GINGER JUICE 姜汁 (1/2 TSP)
SOY SAUCE 酱油 (1 TBSP)
1 BEATEN EGG 一粒蛋
CORN FLOUR 粟粉 (2 TBSP)
RICE FLOUR 粘米粉 (3 TBSP)
MIX WELL 拌匀 & MARINATE 3 HRS 腌制三小时
*SAUCE:-
TOMATO SAUCE 番茄酱 (5 TBSP)
BLACK VINEGAR 浙醋 (1 TBSP)
BROWN SUGAR 赤糖 (1 TBSP)
SOY SAUCE 酱油 (1 TSP)
MIX WELL 拌匀
WATER 水 (100ml)
*METHOD:-
PREHEAT OIL OVER MEDIUM HEAT 中火预热油
DEEP FRY PORK RIBS TILL GOLDEN BROWN 炸至金黄色
DRAIN & SET ASIDE 捞起备用
POUR SAUCE INTO WOK 锅中加入酱料
ADD PORK RIBS WHEN SAUCE THICKEN 酱汁煮至浓后加入排骨
GARNISH WITH TOASTED SESAME SEED 撒一点芝麻 & CHOPPED SPRING ONIONS 青葱
