Ingredients for 6-cup bundt cake pan
(or 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan)
- 1 lemon (finely grated lemon zest & 4 tbsp of fresh lemon juice)
- 1 stick unsalted butter (113 g), room temp, plus more for pan
- 3 large eggs, room temp
- 1 ¼ cups rice flour (145 g), plus more for pan
- ¼ cup sweet rice flour (35 g)
- ½ tsp baking soda (3.5 g)
- ½ tsp salt (3 g)
- ½ cup sugar (110 g) for the batter & 1 tbsp sugar for the syrup
- ½ cup sour cream (110 g)
- 1 tsp of powdered sugar for decoration (optional)
