Using simple mudras, or hand positions with simple Sanskrit sounds to reduce stress and anxiety, improve comprehension and memory. A comprehensively-researched, and published approach by Andrew Newberg at the University of Pennsylvania which demonstrated "positive changes in mood, anxiety and other neuropsychological parameters...correlated with cerebral blood flow" with only 12 minutes/day usage.
It has also have been found useful for breaking negative habits and addictions, creating emotional balance and dealing with stress of all levels and sources. Wonderful for helping you fall asleep.
