The Supreme Court has finally assigned the case to CBI. The CBI has now started an investigation in the Sushant’s case but has its own set of challenges to deal with. Though time is of the essence in crime investigation, CBI usually gets cases after a lapse of months & even years. One of the major challenges for the agency is to make up for the evidence, clues and time lost.
