This Sausage Egg and Cheese Scramble on the Flat Top Grill is a great quick griddle breakfast recipe because it combines simple ingredients with big flavor! This is my wife's favorite breakfast that I cook on my Camp Chef flat top grill, and it's super easy to make.
To make this Breakfast Sausage and Egg Scramble on the flat top grill:
00:00 Intro
02:47 Brown sausage on your Camp Chef or Blackstone flat top grill.
05:20 Saute peppers, onions, tomato, and diced jalapeno until soft.
06:18 Combine the ground sausage and veggies and set to the side.
011:15 Scramble some eggs, and pour them on the flat top grill.
11:43 Combine your eggs with all the sausage and veggies, and cook until done.
11:58 Add some shredded cheese, and you're done!
This easy breakfast on the flat top grill not only tastes amazing, but it can feed an army. The perfect Sunday morning breakfast for a big family!
