Need some leftover inspiration? This steak Caprese sandwich was born after I had a random ball of mozzarella and a handful of tomatoes left after prepping an appetizer for the July Fourth weekend. Combined with leftover grilled steak, this sandwich was DELICIOUS, flavor packed, and easy!

-Think sliced steak (enough to cover the bottom bun)
-Thin sliced ball of mozzarella
-Sliced tomatoes
-balsamic glaze
-olive oil
-butter (optional)
➡️Butter the bun, place the steak on the bottom bun, drizzle balsamic glaze and olive oil over the steak, add the mozzarella and tomatoes, drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil again (be more generous with the glaze and less generous with the oil), add the top bun, press down gently and enjoy! 🤩
