So, maintaining a solid inner sanctuary is crucial for our well-being. It serves as our refuge and harbor, providing security and protection. However, we must be selective about who we allow into this space. Only those who have earned our trust, love, and respect should be permitted entry. This ensures that our inner Stronghold remains a safe and nurturing environment, free from negative influences and harmful energies.
