Walkthrough: Finish off the base, then send a bomb truck to the propagandatower and then send the infantry to attack the chinese units around the area then select all your units to attack the chinese base. Then attack the dam. During all this you can build extra tanks at the war factory. Optionally there is a chinese supply depot and an arms dealer you can use.
