⬇️CROCKPOT RECIPES⬇️
📌Marry Me Chicken Mac & Cheese:
-1 1/2 lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
-Seasonings: 3/4 tsp. Salt
3/4 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Onion Powder
2 tsp. Paprika
1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
-1/2 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes + 1 tsp. of oil from jar
-1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
-1 1/2 Cups Chicken Broth
-4 Tbsp. Butter
-4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
-1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
-1 lb. Cooked Pasta (i use elbows or small shells)
-1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
-1 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
-1 Cup Colby Jack Cheese
-2 to 3 Cups Baby Spinach (optional)
***To the crockpot, add Chicken, seasonings, sun dried tomatoes and a splash of that oil, minced garlic, butter, and softened cream cheese. Cover and cook for 5-6 hours, or until that chicken is cooked through.
***Remove chicken and shred. Give all that liquid left in the crockpot a really good whisk, to make sure everything is completely incorporated. Then add in baby spinach (if using), along with shredded chicken, heavy cream, cooked and drained pasta, and all cheeses. Stir. Cover and let continue to cook on low for 25 to 30 minutes, or until spinach is wilted and cheese is completely melted. Enjoy!
NOTE: If you prefer your spinach to be completely cooked and very wilted down, just add it in about 1 hour before the chicken is done cooking. Also, If needed, add in a splash or two of milk, depending on how thick the mac & cheese gets.

📌Slow Cooker Chicken Enchilada Pasta:

📌Tomato, Chicken & Tortellini Soup:
-1lb. Boneless skinless Chicken
-2 (15oz.) cans Italian Style Petite Diced Tomatoes
-2 (10.5oz) cans of condensed Tomato Soup
-4 Cups Chicken Broth
-1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
-1 tsp each: Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder & Italian Seasoning
-3/4 Cup Heavy Cream
-19oz. Frozen Cheese Tortellini

***To a Crockpot add Chicken, Diced Tomatoes, Tomato Soup, Minced Garlic & Seasonings. Cook on Low for 6 hours, or until chicken is cooked through. Next, when the chicken is done, remove to a separate plate to shred. Then add the shredded Chicken back in, along with heavy cream and Tortellini. Cook on HIGH for 15-30 minutes, or until tortellini is done. Serve and Enjoy!
