I'm going be putting out more content (along with the rest of the fitness world haha) so that you can continue to get your exercise while staying at home, if you prefer! Whether you're in full on self quarantine or just trying to avoid a germy gym, let's still take care of ourselves! Heat up your body, get those endorphins releasing, and of course wash your hands and drink lots of water, blah blah blah, all of the things you've heard a bajillion times.
