Arthur’s Pass is one of the most picturesque and beautiful areas of New Zealand, drawing thousands of tourists each year.
Arthur’s Pass is one of the only three roadways to cross over the Southern Alps of New Zealand, and is now considered to be an impressive feat of engineering, crossing enumerable streams, rivers and mountainous peaks.
Arthur’s Pass is also home to Castle Hill, and awe-inspiring range of rocks and cliffs, reputedly called the “spiritual centre of the universe” by the Dalai Lama. Castle Hill is also a world-renowned area among rock climbers, offering an almost endless supply of bouldering, and several highly praised sports climbing routes.
The aerial footage of Arthur’s Pass and Castle Hill was shot with a DJI Phantom 2 with a Zenmuse H3-3D gimbal, on a GoPro 4 Silver, with custom FPV gear.
The video was made possible thanks to the technical and creative support of Abaconda Management Group ([ Ссылка ]), and the Tauranga office of AMG Immigration ([ Ссылка ]).
