United States Maritime Security Expert Ray Powell has reported that the "monster ship" from China has once again entered the Philippine Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ).

Powell's latest update on his x account noted the sighting of the 5901, a significant Chinese ship, sailing towards Sabina or Escoda Shoal within Philippine waters.
