Bodybuilding fields seems to be a common request. This audio was made in response to those requests, but also to address deeper needs which everyone can benefit from. Indeed, having 24-inch arms is not everyone’s current goal. However, whether you are into bodybuilding, yoga, or both, or even you are just involved in the normal physical activities of life, an improved mind-muscle connection will benefit you.
If you are already an experienced bodybuilder you probably recognize and appreciate the importance of the mind-muscle connection. Of the bodybuilding competitors I have trained with, all of them had a strong mind-muscle connection. Many developed this over time through techniques such as slow-motion repetitions, static holds, flexing between sets, palpating the muscles, etc. Where bodybuilders have strong mind-muscle connections they can even build muscle if using lower weights.
If you are going to the gym and you want results faster and perhaps safer too, then you should make an effort to strengthen the mind-muscle connection. The intent of this audio is to do exactly that. A strong mind-muscle connection allows you to focus and concentrate on every conceivable aspect of every repetition. You can consciously decide which muscles to activate, enhance blood flow as desired, allowing you to isolate and overload specific muscles and with this additional activation comes the potential for more muscle gains.
You may also become more aware of your form. If the muscles are not activating properly then you can adjust your form to focus on the selected muscle or muscle group.
This strong mind-muscle connection will help not just in bodybuilding but in any physical activity where improved muscle awareness and control is desirable.
SUGGESTED USE: Use 1-2 times daily with the intent of enhancing your mind-muscle connections. When performing physical activity be more aware of this connection.
