INGREDIENTS
120g of stale bread
180ml (3/4 cup) of milk
520g of minced meat
160g of cheese
110g (1 cup) of parmesan
2 Eggs
Parsley
Pepper
Salt
4 Peppers
Salt
2 cloves of garlic
Rosemary
Extra virgin olive oil
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the bread and pour the milk over the bread. Set aside for a few minutes and then drain the bread.
2. In a bowl with the minced meat add the cheese, parmesan, eggs, parsley, pepper, and salt to combine.
3. Place the peppers into the cutting board and remove the top and inner parts.
4. Season the peppers with the salt and fill with the prepared meat mixture. Transfer them to the baking dish.
5. In a baking dish with the peppers add the garlic, and rosemary and drizzle the peppers with olive oil.
6. Transfer the stuffed peppers to the oven and bake them at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes.
7. Serve the stuffed peppers all together on a serving dish and enjoy.
