WATCH IN HD!!!!
Shooting with some of the good CanadianGunnutz guys at a shoot with targets out to 1600 meters. The target shot in this video was a 2'x2' slab of 1/2" AR-500 Armor plate at 1000 meters.

It takes the bullet less then a second to reach the target, but over three seconds for the sound to return, and it is very audible, unlike many youtube videos.
