Salon recycling is a breeze if you create a bin separation system in your salon. Separating the waste is the key to saving up to 90% of your salon waste from landfill. To create a waste free environment, bins for Hair, Metals, Plastics, Paper & Cardboard and Chemical are needed to make sure these items can be recycled or repurposed separately.
Hair recycling can go on your garden or into worm farms, metal can go to a scrap metal recycler, plastics are more difficult to deal with, you may need to store them and find a plastics recycler, paper & cardboard can go into your council recycle bin and chemicals can go into the council recycle centre.
