A short dance routine for anybody who wants to keep moving during lockdown, even in a small space like your living-room. You can dance this routine with as much or as little energy as you like, and to almost any song with regular timing, making it an ideal warm-up as well as workout routine.
With line dancing, you learn a routine to a piece of music. They are easier to remember as they are repeated to each 'wall', so you end up with a fantastic list of dances you can do at any time and in any place. A great way to get some exercise whilst you are stuck indoors. The style of dance varies from traditional country-western, to disco, cha cha, hip hop… the list goes on. If you want variety, line dance could be for you.
