I put the Ali in AliKat and today I'm putting the much needed core strength back into runners.
Many great runners know that the key to injury free running that you can do into your old age is a strong core. And as a strong runner this is how I keep my core strong. Core is indeed different from abs (explanation video coming next week Wednesday)
Here is a quick workout to strengthen that core. All you'll need is a little space and a weight of some sort. This is a follow along video with a timer included so let's jump right in.
