President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. warmly welcomes President Ranil Wickremesinghe of Sri Lanka during a courtesy call at the Music Room in Malacañan Palace on September 29, 2022.
The Sri Lankan President is in the Philippines to participate in the 55th Asian Development Bank (ADB) Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors where he is attending the event in his capacity as Minister of Finance. He will also serve as Chair of the ADB Board of Governors for the next two (2) years.
As host country of the 55th ADB Annual Meeting, President Marcos Jr. serves as the guest of honor and keynote speaker in the event.
