What is the difference between team building and team bonding?
Team Bonding is typically something done internally which is a social event, focusing on bond only. Where as Team Building is a holistic event which develops all aspects of ones team from: Customer Service, problem solving all all while uniting your team.
Team building events, when done by a proper organisation include bonding, where a team bonding event focuses just on the bond.
If you do these events in house you run the risk of missing out on the true benefits and if you focus only on bonding events you can do more harm than good.
