Vizhinjam Chicken Fry

Ingredients
Chicken -1/2 kg
Salt -1tbsp
Kashmiri chilli powder -3 tbsp
Turmeric powder -1tsp
Vinegar -2 tsp
Chilli flakes-1tbsp

For crushing:-
Dry red chilli -10
Fennel seeds-1 1/2 tbsp
Garlic -10 to 15
Ginger - 1 big piece
Onion - 1 medium size
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Green chilli -3 to 4
Bird's eye chilli (kanthari mulak)
Curry leaves
Garam masala - 1 1/2 tsp
Coconut oil for frying
