Before you attempt this trophy, its wise to progress enough in the main story to unlock the 'Deep Dive' Exploration syringe. Once you've unlocked this syringe, you can craft it with 2 blue and 1 green leave. Green leafs can be found through the jungle, mostly grass areas. Blue leafs can be found in water. You can see all leave types on your minimap. Once you've obtained these, craft a Deep Dive syringe and assign it to one of your syringe slots.

Now check the map for dark blue parts in the water. That's where you want to go. Find a boat or jetski somewhere at a shore and once you get to the dark blue area, use your syringe. Now quickly dive towards the bottom. Press the left thumbstick to swim faster. It will probably unlock before reaching the bottom. Once you hit the bottom and it hasn't unlocked, quickly go back up and it should unlock. If not, you haven't gone deep enough.
