The world's longest and deepest rail tunnel has opened in Switzerland.
Taking almost two decades to construct, the Gotthard tunnel will connect northern and southern Europe via a high-speed rail link under the Swiss Alps.
The BBC's Imogen Foulkes was on one of the first trains to go through the tunnel.
