About Bolani

Bolani is Afghan flat-bread that can be stuffed with a variety of vegetables, such as chives, potatoes, shallots, pumpkin, cauliflower and so on. Bolani is similar to Turkish Gozleme. It is shallow fried or baked in the oven.

Since chives are not easily available in many places I have prepared an easy recipe for you all to try, using shallots and coriander. If you like spicy bolani add some chopped green chilies or some chili powder to your filling. Please LIKE, SHARE and SUBSCRIBE.
