Quarantine Vlog: Cooking With Me
Hi Scout fam!!
Back with another quarantine vlog! I received a lot of feedback regarding my Easy Mom’s Strawberry Pancakes recipes I make for the kids, so I decided to go a little bit more in-depth with how I make it. There are a couple other recipes in this vlog I’ll provide ingredients/instructions down below!

Easy Mom’s STRAWBERRY PANCAKES *This is how I make the kids pancakes, but you can adjust accordingly!
- Arrowhead Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix
This mix only requires OIL + MILK or WATER.
I use GHEE instead of OIL (You can always substitute with COCONUT OIL too). And this particular time I ran out of OATMILK so I used WATER.
- 1 scoop of TEJARI STRAWBERRY BLEND PROTEIN POWDER
- BEETROOT POWDER for color, a little goes a long way– I use about a teaspoon
- 1 TBSP GROUND FLAXSEED (Depending on the day I may use 2 TBSP)
- 2 TSP COCONUT PALM SUGAR (Adjust according to your preference)
In a bowl combine all ingredients & whisk together until the mixture is combined. Heat up buttered/oiled pan or skillet and pour the mixture in.

MIDDAY MATCHA
- 1 TSP Matcha
- 1/4 TSP Cordyceps
- 1/8 Moringa Powder
- 1 Pitted Date OR 1/8 Manuka Honey
- 1 Cup of Nut Milk or Water
