After weeks of high-octane campaigning, it's now over to the voters in Telangana as the state gets ready for the single-phase elections. Polling begins in 119 constituencies from 7AM and will continue till 5PM. The votes will be counted on December 3. As the world grapples with the urgent need to combat climate change, all eyes are on the upcoming COP28 U.N. climate summit, which is set to unfold in Dubai from November 30 to December 12.
