Here is a time-lapse movie that we did on a HeLa cell that is stably expressing Histone H2BmCherry (red) to mark the DNA, and Tubulin-gfp (false coloured blue) for the microtubules. The cell enters mitosis correctly, but then has some trouble, rotating around, before finally attempting to complete mitosis. However, it does this badly, and does not correctly segregate its chromatids, with bits of DNA getting trapped in the cleavage zone.
