This is hidden audio buried in-game of female Shepard flirting with Tali during the Geth Dreadnought mission, a remnant of when Tali was meant to be a love interest for both genders early in development. Jennifer Hale recorded a couple of different flirting scenes here; this is the longer of the two, with the other being some brief banter after Tali rescues Shepard a bit later from the elevator. Hilariously, Garrus' lines fire here too, which just makes it sound like he was mad he wasn't invited.

Triggering this audio requires hacking a save file through use of the Gibbed Save Editor in order to f/f romance Tali. SheparNone of the other romanced content is voiced by Hale, except for another brief (and hilarious) line during the mission inside the geth consensus, where Shep confesses to have seen Tali outside her suit.
