Note : in order to get achievement, you need complete both side in order to unlock another commission quest named "this novel seems familiar" and this novel seems problematic" complete them both to unlock the achievement. This commission quest is straight forward, all you need to carefully talk to Junkichi or Shigeru, pick the right answer to motivate Junkichi to become better novel writer.
