Trying the Insanely Viral UNREAL Roasted Tomato Soup!!

I saw THIS [ Ссылка ] Tomato soup recipe on @MobKitchen and I had to make it! IT looked amazing but I wanted to see how it would come out. It was fairly simple recipe with not a lot of ingredients, not a lot of herbs or spices and I just wanted to see if it would fall flat or truly be an unreal roasted tomato soup?
I bought a load of tomatoes, can of coconut milk, onions, garlic, and ginger to make this happen... the only sub I made was instead of white wine vinegar I used a white rice wine vinegar.... didn't think it would be a huge difference.
