this is one way I make my other cabbage recipe which i roll it, cook and put with super yummy homemade sauce

00:16 Napa Cabbage 12 inches long
i took only the 14 pieces big leaves
blanch for 12 seconds bottom then the rest 10 seconds

keep in towel individually


1:52 Ingredients for Filling
300 grams ground beef
half big red onion
1 carrot
1 red capcicum (bell pepper)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon iodized salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 egg


3:16 Roll the filling and cabbage
I used 2 tablespoon to scoop evenly the filling

steam for pre boiled water 20 minutes
do not throw the broth


5:12 Ingredients for Sauce
* i got 1 cup of broth if you got less just add water to complete 1 cup
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
pepper and salt
1 star anise
2 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 beef cubes

5:45 for thickening
combine
1 cup water
2 tablespoon cornstarch


6:48 pan fry with 2 tablespoon oil

for garnish spring onion
