Filming this routine was so much fun! This song is a Christmas favorite to many who love country and western music! The artist, George Strait, is one of the most beloved country artists and the lyrics go straight to the heart or should I say stomach!😂 Who doesn't love Christmas cookies?😋
This routine is fun to relax and unwind with your students as instructors or to catch your breath between intense cardio sets as a participant. Don't let the tempo in this one fool you! Those kicks and hops to the side add just the right amount of intensity to elevate the heart rate a little between low impact segments to keep your blood moving.
