Tone comparison between two Warwick six string basses - Thumb NT 6 and Corvette 6.
Both basses are different in construction & electronics, but very similar in woods.

Thumb NT 6 - handmade in 1990, bubinga body, wenge/bubinga neck, ebony fretboard, brass bridge, bronze frets, brass nut, passive Bartolini humbucker pickups, active MEC 2-way preamp 9V with hi freq switch, Warwick EMP 20-130 tuned BEADGC.
Corvette 6 - cnc made in 1997, bubinga body, wenge/bubinga neck, wenge fretboard, standard bridge, bronze frets, brass nut, active Seymour Duncan humbucker pickups, active MEC 2-way preamp 9V, Warwick EMP 20-130 tuned BEADGC.
Both basses have same fresh srings & same setup. Preamps are on & set flat with both pickups wihout any pan.
