For anyone wondering my health bar changing size is a debuff from an item used to make the fight happen faster it only last around 45 seconds, after that the health bar returns to normal size but half of it is gone.

There is also a skill in the game where you gain health every successful deathblow that's why my health bar fluctuates after each phase
