Collaboration is key in the world of real estate - Sotheby's Realty

Last summer we did an interesting project with a UK Sotheby's Realty on presenting the Montenegro luxury real estate market to the British audience through the popular TV show called ''Britain's Most Expensive Houses'' which they are doing in partnership with Channel 4.

It was filmed on prime time just recently and had very strong exposure.

We cooperated on this with our dear friend and colleague Mohamed Zaghloul @prime.broker who was a true professional and it was an absolute pleasure working with him.

We covered top projects in Montenegro such us Porto Montenegro, Lustica Bay, Portonovi, and a few individual waterfront villas and palaces, and production had the final word on what they had chosen as most interesting for the audience.

At the same time, one of our long-term clients expressed the interest in the property in London so it was a good opportunity for cross-collaboration.

It is a great example of how our offices cooperate and can cooperate in the future and I always say that cooperation with the London office was always efficient and easy to handle.
