1 pound(s) Red snapper fish
vinegar or lime
1 small onion, chopped
2-3 sprigs thyme
1 stalk scallion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 whole Scotch bonnet pepper
1/2 chopped scotch bonnet pepper
1 carrot
1 large Sweet corn
Irish Potato, diced
Pumpkin, diced
2 tablespoons Butter
1 pack of Grace soup mix
1 teaspoon Black pepper and salt to taste
1/2 tablespoon Maggi All-purpose season
1/2 tablespoon Maggi Fish season
2 cups of water
