Tanzanian President John Magufuli has ordered all undeveloped farms be reallocated to other citizens. The directive came during a meeting with regional commissioners in Dar es Salaam. Magufuli says it isn't fair for a few people to hoard large swathes of land, while majority of Tanzanians have nothing. Dan Ashby reports.
