After a four hour drive from Glasgow to Tain in the Scottish Highlands, I finally arrived at Highland Fine Cheeses.
There, I met third generation cheesemaker Rory Stone whose new stinky soft cheese Minger has finally broken the retail seal and is available in supermarkets.
I spoke to him about the genesis of this awful smelling but delicious tasting cheese and then took it to the Scottish public and let them try it for themselves for the ultimate verdict.

Spoiler alert: almost everyone loved it.
