You can dry brush vigorously daily, along the bladder meridian on the back of the thigh & leg, to improve blood circulation and help the lymphatic system.
Acupuncture point: Badder 38 is mostly used locally for pain behind the knee.
Bladder 39 is the lower Sea acupuncture point of the San Jiao making it great to drain excess dampness in the bladder.
Bladder 40 is the acupuncture commander point of the lower back!
Bladder 55 & 56 are great acupuncture points for local pain and lower leg motor issues.
Bladder 57 is a fantastic acupuncture point for hemorrhoids.
Bladder 58 is the LUO connecting point of the bladder channel, therefore used for lower back pain & occipital headaches.
