This is a carcinogenic substance, with effects on the human body that we don’t fully understand yet. But all of us have ingested it and probably do on a regular basis. So how do we avoid it? Here’s 4 tips to help you out.

1. Avoid oats and grains. These foods really aren’t that beneficial for us and for many people, oats and grains are harmful, even organic ones. If you want carbohydrates, get them from fruit and honey, not from this rubbish.
2. **Buy organic produce to avoid any herbicides or pesticides**
3. **Look for foods labelled “glyphosate-free” to avoid any contamination**
4. If you can afford it, drink filtered water. Reverse osmosis, distillation, nanofiltration, and activated carbon filters can all remove glyphosate from your tap water.
