Instructions:
-Bring a pot of water to a boil, just enough water to cover your eggs. When the water is boiling, turn down the temperature and gently place your room temperature eggs in the water and bring back up to a simmer. You do not want to bring it to a rolling boil again because it might crack your eggs. Set your timer for 6 minutes.
-In the meantime, make an ice bath for the eggs.
-When the eggs are done, gently take them out with a slotted spoon and place them in the ice water for a few minutes.
-Drain the eggs, dry them, and peel them.
